X-BOTS are heading to states!

We are quite happy and thrilled to win the most prestigious award any team can win in FTC – the Inspire Award! ( Also 2nd Alliance Captain + Finalist for Motivate Award). We had a pretty good tournament at Battlefield High School, which is one of our favorite venues over the years – from FLL days.

The team was quite honored to win Inspire – and also be the Captain of the 2nd Alliance of the night. We had 2 great partners in Duck and Cover and Geared Up, the rookie team who also finished 3rd place Inspire.  Our friends Nuts and Bolts won the Alliance finals, and also finished 2nd place Inspire.  The competition stepped up even more in this tournament than last week, as we saw consistent scores of over 200 points as we headed into the eliminations.
