Nikhil and team presented demos of Robot ZEUS and our Demo Robot at tjSTAR on June 2 2016. Eric, Kieran, Thejus and Srinidhi took turns to do demos during the busy day.
tjSTAR is a research symposium held annually at Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology. Designed to enrich student learning and interest, this day-long, school-wide event of presentations, discussions, demonstrations, and interactive learning opportunities is intended to facilitate the sharing of student research projects, explore future research options, and discuss the research aspects of potential careers.
Our team captain Nikhil was invited by Dr.Glazer, Principal of TJHSST to showcase our Robot again this year. We greatly appreciate the invite as it allows us to share FTC, a top STEM program, at the top STEM school. We had a fantastic response from students of TJ some of who got to drive our 2 Robots, and inquire about FTC and how to get involved. We are thrilled with the amazing enthusiasm for FTC and our Robots.
