It’s time to meet the new field and some of the local teams competing this season – it’s scrimmage time at Flint Hill School in Oakton, Va yesterday.
It’s still early in the season for many teams to have a working robot, so we saw limited action on the field. In fact, only three teams signed up for actual scrimmage on the field whereas the rest were mostly still working on their robots.
We bravely got our barely working robot onto the field to test our shooting and just driving it around. We had some fun doing it, and also meeting with a number of teams we are familiar with as well as new teams.
Teams stopped by in our pit area checkout and ask us questions about our Robot, do some scouting, which was fun.
Great job by Flint Hill teams in setting up the fields and hosting the scrimmage. Thanks to all the volunteers and the organizers.
