Virginia Tech Maker Festival held on 10/28/17 in Northern Virginia once again, was a popular event. Our new team had a lot of fun meeting kids and families interested in STEM and Robotics.

Our Robot Apollo is great at shooting balls, and the kids had a ton of fun playing with it. We let kids shoot the balls out of the robot. We taught and helped children with the controls of the robot and let them shoot balls out of the collection system. We had kids feed balls into the collection system. We explained how the robot, programs, and systems worked. We spread the FIRST program to parents and children attending. We helped interested parents find the program meant for them. Overall we had a lot of fun and were very excited.  Thank you VT Maker Faire for the opportunity once again!
